You only need to provide technical drawings (2D/3D preferred), key parameters (current, voltage, motor speed), and operating condition details (temperature, humidity, vibration). What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for standard and customized carbon brush products?

For standard carbon brush assemblies, the MOQ is 500 pieces per model. For customized products, the MOQ depends on the complexity of the design: simple size adjustments require 1,000 pieces minimum, while fully customized brush holder and material combinations require 2,000 pieces minimum. How long is the production lead time for bulk orders, and do you offer rush delivery services?
